This Privacy Policy describes how BizBaby ("BizBaby," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Information when you visit our websites, use our applications (including mobile apps), or use our services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are primarily provided to business customers ("Businesses" or "Account Owners"). Businesses may invite their team members ("Authorized Users") and may collect and manage data about their own customers ("End Users") using the Services (for example, through a customer portal, invoices, messaging, or a Business-built website).

Important: When we process Personal Information on behalf of a Business as a service provider/processor, the Business controls that data. If you are an End User and have questions or requests about your Personal Information collected by a Business, please contact that Business directly.

    1. Who This Policy Applies To

  1. This Policy applies to Personal Information processed by BizBaby when:
    1. you visit our websites or marketing pages;
    2. you create or use a BizBaby account as a Business or Authorized User;
    3. you interact with communications features (phone, text/SMS, email) offered through the Services;
    4. you use the website builder or publish a website hosted or provided through BizBaby;
    5. you use a customer portal or other End User-facing features offered through a Business using BizBaby.
  2. This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of Businesses (Account Owners) or other third parties we do not control. A Business may have its own privacy policy that governs how it uses End User information.
  3. 2. Personal Information We Collect

  4. We collect Personal Information in several ways, including information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
    1. 2.1 Information You Provide (Businesses and Authorized Users)
      1. Account and profile information (name, email, phone number, login credentials).
      2. Business information (business name, address, service areas, branding assets, and settings).
      3. Billing information (billing contact details and transaction records; payment card details are typically handled by our payment processors).
      4. Support and communications (messages to support, feedback, survey responses, and recordings/transcripts where enabled).
      5. Content you upload or create (notes, attachments, photos, videos, templates, website content, and other media).

    2. 2.2 Information Processed on Behalf of Businesses (End Users)
    3. Businesses may store and manage information about their End Users in BizBaby. Depending on how a Business uses the Services, this may include:
      1. Contact information (name, phone number, email, address).
      2. Service and job details (requests, schedules, job notes, work orders, photos, and related records).
      3. Invoices and payment-related data (invoice history, payment status, and receipts; payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors).
      4. Communications metadata and content (such as messages, call logs, voicemail, and, where enabled, call recordings and transcripts).
      5. Customer portal credentials and activity (login events and actions taken in the portal).

    4. 2.3 Automatically Collected Information
      1. Device and log data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, app version, language, and timestamps).
      2. Usage data (features used, pages viewed, clicks, performance metrics, and crash reports).
      3. Cookie and similar technologies data (see Section 7).

    5. 2.4 Information from Third Parties
    6. We may receive information from third parties, for example:
      1. Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to facilitate payments and manage risk/chargebacks.
      2. Communications providers and carriers to enable calling, texting/SMS, and email sending.

    6. Improve and develop features, and conduct analytics and research.
    7. Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection; enforcing our Terms and policies.
    8. Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

  7. 4. How We Share Personal Information

    1. 4.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors
    2. We use vendors to help provide the Services (for example, hosting, communications, analytics, and customer support). These vendors may process Personal Information under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only for providing services to BizBaby.

    3. 4.2 Businesses (Account Owners)
    4. If you are an End User, your information collected through a Business’s use of BizBaby is made available to that Business and its Authorized Users. That Business controls how it uses your information.

    5. 4.3 Integrations You Enable
    6. If you connect third-party integrations (such as QuickBooks), we may share data with those providers as necessary to provide the integration. Your use of third-party services is subject to their privacy policies and terms.

    7. 4.4 Legal, Safety, and Compliance
    8. We may disclose Personal Information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements and policies, protect the security and integrity of the Services, or protect BizBaby, Businesses, End Users, or the public.

    9. 4.5 Business Transfers
    10. If BizBaby is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

    5. Website Builder and Hosted Sites

  9. Businesses may create and publish Sites using BizBaby’s website builder. BizBaby may host such Sites or make them available through BizBaby-provided domains/subdomains.
    1. BizBaby may process Site content and related data to host, publish, secure, and operate Sites.
    2. BizBaby may log access and usage for security, performance, and abuse prevention.
    3. End Users interacting with a Business’s Site should review that Business’s privacy policy and practices.

    6. Communications (Calls, SMS/Text, Email)

  10. Businesses may use BizBaby to send and receive communications with End Users. Communications may be provided via third-party vendors and carriers.
    1. We may process communications metadata and content (such as phone numbers, timestamps, call logs, voicemail, and message content) to deliver the communications and to prevent fraud and abuse.
    2. If call recording or transcription features are enabled, we may process recordings/transcripts consistent with the Business’s configuration and applicable law.
    3. Carriers and vendors may apply filtering, blocking, or labeling; BizBaby does not guarantee deliverability.

    7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

  11. We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate our websites, understand usage, and improve marketing performance.
    1. Essential cookies: required for core functionality (e.g., security, login).
    2. Analytics cookies: help us understand site/app usage and performance.
    3. Advertising cookies: may be used to measure campaigns and, where permitted, deliver targeted advertising.
